Question: Is there a reason for the broad diversification of Possehl´s business activities in these days?

Answer: Yes. Even founder Ludwig Possehl thought that business activities on a preferably broad basis were likely to reduce his dependencies of cyclical variation in particular segments. This principle has proved itself to date for the Possehl Group has never been reporting a fiscal year´s loss since the end of Second World War except 2001 whereas single divisions, by all means, had to report annual losses. Following this attitude Possehl is convinced that it will be capable to account considerably positive net profits in the future. Thus, Possehl will stick to this standard for a measurable period of time.
